collects when you use Stratagen CryptoEdge ("the Service"), how we use it,
who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using the Service you
agree to this Policy.
1. Information we collect
You provide directly
- Account information: email address, communication preferences.
- Identity verification information: government-issued ID, photograph,
date of birth, address, and other information collected by our KYC
vendor to satisfy AML and sanctions-screening obligations.
- Commitment metadata: amount, lock period, risk-profile selection.
Collected automatically
- Usage and device data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed,
timestamps, and similar log data used for security and debugging.
- On-chain data: wallet addresses we generate for you and the public
transaction history associated with those addresses.
2. How we use information
- To create and operate your account and provide the Service.
- To verify your identity and comply with AML, sanctions, and other
applicable financial-services regulations.
- To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, security incidents, and
abuse of the Service.
- To communicate with you about your account, your transactions, and
changes to the Service.
- To improve the Service and develop new features. We do not use your
personal information to train third-party AI models.
3. Who we share information with
- Identity and wallet provider (Privy, Inc.): for
authentication and wallet custody.
- KYC and AML vendor (Sumsub): for identity
verification and sanctions screening.
- Blockchain analytics vendors: for transaction risk
screening prior to crediting deposits.
- Infrastructure providers: hosting, database, email,
and logging providers under contracts that restrict their use of your
information to providing services to us.
- Regulators, law enforcement, and courts: where we
are legally required to disclose information, or where disclosure is
reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of
Stratagen, our customers, or the public.
- Successors in interest: if we are involved in a
merger, acquisition, or asset sale, we may transfer information to
the successor entity subject to the protections of this Policy.
We do not sell personal information.
4. Retention
We retain account, transaction, and KYC information for as long as your
account is open and for the period required by applicable financial-services
record-keeping rules after your account closes (typically five to seven
years). We may retain de-identified or aggregated data beyond that period
for analytics and product improvement.
5. Security
We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical
safeguards to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure;
in the event of a breach affecting your personal information, we will
notify you and any regulators as required by applicable law.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access,
correct, port, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and
to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights,

We may need to verify your identity before responding. Some requests may
be limited by our obligation to retain records under financial-services
law.
7. International transfers
We are based in the United States and use service providers in the
United States and other countries. Where personal information is
transferred from another jurisdiction to the United States, we rely on
the contractual safeguards required by the relevant data-protection law.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not
knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The version in effect when
you clicked through during sign-up will continue to apply unless we notify
you of an updated version and you accept it.
