These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Stratagen CryptoEdge software service ("CryptoEdge", "the Service") provided by Stratagen Group ("Stratagen", "we", "our"). By signing up for an account or clicking through the acceptance checkbox, you agree to these Terms.
CryptoEdge is software that helps you (a) hold a self-custodied digital wallet through our identity provider, (b) deposit supported assets, and (c) opt your capital into automated execution strategies operated by Stratagen.
CryptoEdge is software. Stratagen is not a fund, custodian, broker-dealer, investment adviser, fiduciary, money transmitter, or exchange. We do not hold customer assets in a pooled vehicle, do not solicit securities, and do not provide personalised investment advice.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. CryptoEdge is not available in jurisdictions where its use would violate local law; you are responsible for determining whether it is available to you.
You must complete identity verification (KYC) through our identity vendor before you can deposit or transact. Verification includes anti-money-laundering (AML) and sanctions screening. We may refuse or terminate service at our discretion, including where verification cannot be completed.
Your wallet is created and held by our identity provider (Privy, Inc.) using a multi-party computation (MPC) scheme. You retain custody. We do not hold your private keys.
To execute strategies on your behalf, you may grant Stratagen a scoped delegated signing permission. The permission is limited to the strategy you have selected and the assets you have committed; you can revoke it at any time through the account dashboard.
The current fee schedule is shown in your account dashboard. Fees may include a performance share (split between Stratagen and any introducing operator), withdrawal processing fees, and an early-withdrawal surcharge that applies when you withdraw committed capital before the agreed lock period ends. We will give you advance notice of any material change to the fee schedule.
Nothing in CryptoEdge is investment, tax, or legal advice. Risk-profile labels (Conservative, Moderate, Aggressive) describe the relative variance and drawdown characteristics that the underlying strategy is designed for; they do not represent or imply any specific return outcome.
Past performance does not guarantee future results. You should not commit funds you cannot afford to lose. The risk disclosure incorporated at /risk-disclosure is part of these Terms.
You agree not to use CryptoEdge to (i) facilitate money laundering, sanctions evasion, terrorism financing, or other illegal activity; (ii) interfere with the integrity of the Service, including by reverse- engineering, scraping at scale, or attempting unauthorised access; or (iii) circumvent the KYC/AML controls. We may suspend access if we have reasonable grounds to believe acceptable-use rules have been breached.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any feature with reasonable notice. We may impose limits on deposits, withdrawals, or strategy capacity for risk-management reasons. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to give you notice of material changes, and to provide a withdrawal window if a feature is being discontinued.
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy at /privacy, which is incorporated by reference.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CryptoEdge is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Stratagen disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the greater of (i) the fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (ii) one hundred United States dollars (US$100). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law, nor to liability for gross negligence, fraud, or wilful misconduct.
You may close your account at any time, subject to the lock periods on any active commitments and the withdrawal process described in the Service. We may terminate or suspend your account for breach of these Terms, for regulatory reasons, or to protect the integrity of the Service. On termination, we will assist you in withdrawing remaining assets to a self-custodied address.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you clicked through during sign-up will continue to apply unless we notify you of an updated version and you accept it. Continued use of the Service after notification of a new version constitutes acceptance.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@stratagengroup.com.
