You deposit on whichever chain the asset lives on: USDC and USDT on Solana, Base, Polygon, or Ethereum; native SOL or ETH on their own chains. The deposit picker in your account shows the address and a QR code for each chain you have a wallet on.
Stablecoins (USDC / USDT) are credited to your Available balance as soon as the on-chain transfer is detected. Native assets (SOL, ETH) are auto-converted to USDC at receipt; you'll see the deposit move from detected to credited once conversion completes.
If you've sent funds and they haven't appeared after 30 minutes, check the recent activity panel on your account dashboard. The polling indicator next to "Recent activity" tells you when the system last checked the chain. If the deposit still isn't there, email support with the transaction hash and we'll trace it.
Three components, all shown in your dashboard before you commit:
There is no monthly subscription, no inactivity fee, and no deposit fee on stablecoins.
We use Sumsub to verify your identity before you can deposit or transact. The process takes about two minutes and asks for:
You'll see a status pill on your account: pending, in review, verified, or rejected. Most verifications complete in a few minutes; if something doesn't go through, Sumsub will tell you what to retry.
We screen against sanctions and AML lists as part of verification. We do not share your ID or selfie with marketing partners.
When you open a new strategy you pick a lock period: 90, 180, or 365 days. The clock starts when the strategy goes live (after you click Activate Strategy on a fully-funded commitment), not when you create the commitment.
During the lock:
When the lock ends, you'll get an email and the strategy moves to completed. Withdrawals after that point are surcharge-free.
From your account dashboard, choose the strategy or balance you want to withdraw from and click Withdraw. The flow will ask you for a destination address on the chain you want to receive on (USDC on Solana, Base, Polygon, or Ethereum).
You'll see a fee breakdown (standard withdrawal fee plus the early-withdrawal surcharge if you're inside your lock period) before you confirm. Once you confirm, we sign the on-chain transaction from your wallet using the scoped permission you granted, and the funds settle on the destination chain at the network's usual finality time (seconds on Solana / Polygon / Base, a few minutes on Ethereum).
Withdrawal status moves through pending → broadcast (with a transaction hash you can click through to the chain explorer) → confirmed.
You do. Your wallet is created and held by Privy using multi-party computation (MPC). Stratagen does not store your private keys.
To execute strategies, you grant Stratagen a scoped delegated signing permission. It's limited to the strategy you've selected and the assets you've committed. You can revoke the permission at any time from your account dashboard, and you can always withdraw even if our software is offline.
